By accessing or using the 855 website or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the 855 platform. 855 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication.

2. Account Registration & Security

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify 855 immediately.
855 shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from third-party access.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

When using the 855 platform, you must comply with the following rules:

Any attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate any part of the platform through technical means is strictly prohibited.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct any betting or gaming activity is not permitted.
Collecting or misusing another user's account information is a criminal offence and may result in termination of service.
Any illegal activity, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions on the platform are strictly prohibited.
Specific terms apply to the use of promotional offers and bonuses; exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information, odds, and market limits displayed on the 855 platform are subject to change at 855's discretion.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 855 reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close the account.

4. Payments, Transactions & Account Policy

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 855 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests may take some time to process. 855 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Account Suspension & Closure

855 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account found to be in breach of these terms. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded subject to verification.

Users may also request to close their own account. In such cases, any outstanding bets will be settled first, after which the remaining balance will be available for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

855 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms, including wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible markets. A specified wagering amount must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.

855 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 855 is not liable for any service interruptions caused by loss of internet connectivity, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a temporary service outage due to natural disasters, government directives, or other force majeure events, 855 is not obligated to provide compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 855 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 855. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Any third-party services or links available on the 855 platform are provided for informational purposes only. 855 is not responsible for the content or conduct of those services.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

855 reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms on each visit.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
